I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and local shops, which I really appreciated. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was a bit disappointing, particularly the bed, which dipped in the middle. The facilities were decent, but there’s room for improvement. Overall, it's a good place if you’re looking for value for money, but be prepared for some quirks.
The hotel has a lovely location, just a short stroll from shops and Coolangatta Beach, which made exploring easy. While the staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast served was quite delicious, the rooms felt a bit dated and the facilities need some attention. Overall, it's decent for the price but not quite a resort experience.
I had a pleasant stay overall, enjoying the clean and comfortable room, and the great location just a short walk from the beach and downtown. However, the parking situation was quite frustrating, and the bed could definitely use an upgrade. While the dining options were decent, they weren't quite up to par with my expectations. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff kept things running smoothly, making it a good value for the price.
I just returned from an incredible stay where I really enjoyed my time. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the lovely views from my room's balcony. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from both the beach and the local shops. While the dining experience was quite good, it would be nice to have a bit more variety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and great value for the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent, providing great service without hesitation. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the main street and the foreshore, which allowed us to explore easily. However, there were significant downsides, including limited parking options and an overall basic setup that was more like a motel than a resort. Despite this, I did appreciate the organized tours offered by the resort, which were informative and enjoyable.
